Corvinus University of Budapest has once again secured a place on the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) global ranking of full-time MBA programmes, maintaining its position from last year. According to the list published on 17 September, Corvinus ranks 54th in Europe and falls within the 151–200 bracket worldwide.
The 2025 ranking evaluated 389 MBA programmes across the globe. Corvinus is not only the sole Hungarian institution featured but also tied for first place in Central and Eastern Europe alongside business schools from Croatia and Estonia.
QS assessed universities across five main criteria: graduate employability, entrepreneurial success and alumni outcomes, return on investment, academic and thought leadership, and diversity.
The United States dominates the global ranking with 124 MBA programmes included, and American universities occupy the top four spots, led by the University of Pennsylvania. In Europe, 102 institutions were ranked, with HEC Paris placing first regionally and fifth globally.
Corvinus also achieved strong results earlier this year in another QS evaluation: its part-time executive MBA programme was ranked 20th worldwide and 8th in Europe, further strengthening the university’s international reputation in business education.
