In recent years, Hungary has experienced a craft beer renaissance, with the emergence of microbreweries and artisanal brews. A new coupon booklet named The Bucket List includes ten Budapest venues where booklet owners can purchase high-quality craft beers for a lower price.

The most prominent Hungarian beer magazine has created a beer bucket list to direct attention towards sophisticated beer consumption, exceptional quality draft beers, and dishes that pair well with various beer types. The publication, titled The Bucket List, is accepted at ten hospitality venues in the capital city, which means that for only 4,200 HUF owners can have thirty beers in the city.

Similarly to scratch cards, the booklet features a scratch-off surface on each venue’s page, where every scratch is a win: the booklet owners receive two glasses of draft beer for each one, according to the statement by the creators of the coupon booklet.

The Bucket List includes ten restaurants and beer bars in Budapest, where particular emphasis is placed on the quality of beers offered and their harmony with accompanying dishes. Among the participating venues in the coupon booklet are cosy family-owned eateries, trendy craft beer bars, and modern pubs specializing in craft delicacies. Buyers of The Bucket List can thus immerse themselves in the diverse beer scene of Budapest and taste several rarities that may not be available elsewhere in the city. The Bucket List coupon booklet, offering a total of thirty glasses of beer, is valid until 31 May 2024, and can be purchased online on the website Beerporn.hu.
