András Karácsony is Research Group Leader of the National Sovereignty research group at Danube Institute. Dr Karácsony is a Candidate of Sciences, and a Professor at the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University. He is member of the editorial board of Kommentár and In Medias Res. His research interests are social theory, and philosophy of law. He is the author of several books and research articles.
