On the commemoration day of the 1956 Hungarian Revolution, Viktor Orbán, the prime minister of Hungary, spoke in Zalaegerszeg.

According to Gergely Gulyás, head of the Hungarian Prime Minister’s Office, the Hungarian government would continue its policy of price limits as sanctions-induced inflation hits the European region.

Minister Szijjártó awarded the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Merit of the Hungarian Republic to Sato Yoshio, Chair of the Committee on Europe of Keidanren, the Japan Business Federation.

The Hungarian government has condemned the Russian aggression against Ukraine in no uncertain terms but has also been a consistent advocate of an immediate ceasefire and peace talks, offering several times to be a mediator in the conflict.

The goal of the project, launched by Mr Both, is to explore, preserve and present the living musical folklore of Ukrainian villages.

‘Everyone thinks that the US is benefitting from the war. I simply would not say that. The US has higher budget expenditures, the US is sending munitions to Ukraine, which they are going to have to replenish. That’s going to be costly, this is all going to be costly.’
