Budapest-based tech group 4iG Information Technology Ltd (4iG IT) announced that it will acquire a 90 per cent ownership stake in Mobil Adat Ltd, one of Hungary’s leading managed data transmission service providers. The transaction, pending regulatory approval, involves the purchase of 45 per cent stakes from both Mobil Adat Holding Ltd and SHOAL Ltd. Financial details were not disclosed.
