Bryan Leib is a Senior Fellow at the Center for Fundamental Rights, the Founder and CEO of the Raton, Florida-based PR firm Henry Public Relations, and the foreign policy adviser for Congressman Abe Hamadeh of Arizona. He is also a friend and the resident Super Bowl pro tipster for Hungarina Conservative: he correctly predicted the Kansas City Chiefs’ victory in 2024 and the Philadelphia Eagles’ triumph in 2025 for our site; on top of President Trump’s victory in the 2024 US presidential election. In this brief interview, we will find out if he is able to go 3/3, as well as his opinion on US–Hungary relations and foreign policy as a whole under the second Trump administration.

Before we get to the big pick of the year, let’s establish that you are actually two for two in Super Bowl picks for Hungarian Conservative. Do you follow the NFL a lot?
Thank you, Marton! Like every red-blooded American, we sure do like our NFL and football!
So, here it is, to maintain your perfect record: will it be the New England Patriots, getting to the Super Bowl without Tom Brady for the first time since 1996, or will it be the 2013 champions Seattle Seahawks this time?
I think the Patriots will be the winner. They know how to win, and even though it’s a new coach and team, again, they know how to win, and I think the Patriots will take this one!
This year, the midterm elections are also taking place in the United States, in the fall. What do you foresee coming there?
Typically, the party that does not hold the White House does well in midterm elections. I hope that we hold onto all of our current seats and pick up a couple here and there to ensure President Trump can continue to execute on his blueprint in Making America Great Again. If we lose the midterms, President Trump and Republicans will spend the next two years going through more sham impeachment proceedings.

Before President Trump took office, you stated that his election would bring about ‘the Golden Age of US–Hungary relations’. Since then, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán of Hungary has also used that exact term. It is safe to say that you were right in that prediction too?
Absolutely. The early signals have confirmed what many of us anticipated. When President Trump returned to office, it reset the tone of American foreign policy toward allies that value sovereignty, security, and economic cooperation. Hungary is one of those allies.
Shared priorities on border security, energy independence, defence cooperation, and pro-family policy have created real alignment, not just diplomatic niceties. When both Washington and Budapest describe this period as a golden age of relations, it reflects measurable reality: more direct engagement, clearer strategic understanding, and fewer ideological roadblocks. Strong relationships are built on mutual respect and common interests, and that foundation is now firmly in place between the United States and Hungary. It’s been my honour to play a small role in ensuring the Golden Age returned and that it’s here to stay!
I have also seen that President Trump just endorsed PM Viktor Orbán for re-election. Congratulations to PM Orbán on this endorsement. Go, Viktor, Go!
How do you see foreign policy under the second Trump administration overall?
I think President Trump’s foreign policy victories have earned him five Nobel Peace Prizes at this point. The President’s ‘Peace through Strength’ mantra can be seen in every aspect of his foreign policy agenda. The American people are very proud of how our President has led on the world stage by putting America First and standing shoulder to shoulder with our allies.
