The Far Left Kills

On Thursday, 12 February, far-left MEP Rima Hassan held an event at Sciences Po Lyon in Lyon, France. She had previously been banned from holding a conference there due to a ‘high risk of public disorder’. The MEP challenged this refusal in court, but the Council of State upheld the ban.

Last week, Rima Hassan gave her lecture in Lyon, and a right-wing group called Nemesis held a demonstration against the conference. Nemesis is unique in that it is composed entirely of women and has security in place to prevent attacks from the left, particularly from an anti-fascist group called La Jeune Garde (‘The Young Guard’, dissolved in 2025).

A Mob Lynching That René Girard Would Have Analysed Brilliantly

Images taken a few days after the murder show a masked crowd viciously beating a man lying on the ground.

The right-wing man, the conservative, the reactionary has become the figure to be hated par excellence. He no longer belongs to humanity, which is why he can be killed—indeed, must be killed. The left has dehumanized its political opponent.

If every ‘non-progressive’ man is a Nazi, and it is right and desirable to kill Hitler, then killing Quentin D is almost a necessity.

Antifa groups live in a fantasy world of Nazi occupation and spread terror, believing themselves to be angels of death.

In a climate where every conservative opinion is violently opposed, the assassination of right-wingers is, sadly, a logical and predictable consequence.

Antifa must be treated as terrorists because that is what they are. In fact, in September 2025, Donald Trump signed an executive order classifying the Antifa movement as a terrorist organization.

However, the institutional left in France has compromised itself with these ultra-violent groups and therefore bears clear responsibility for the assassination of right-wing activists.

In the second round of the 2024 legislative elections, the Socialist Party, the Greens, and the Communist Party called for a vote for Raphaël Arnault, now a Member of Parliament and founder of La Jeune Garde, the anti-fascist group that assassinated Quentin. Therefore, it has been proven that his parliamentary assistant, Jacques-Elie Favrot, was present at the scene of the crime.

The radical far left has both feet firmly planted in the National Assembly.

The Criminal Impunity of Murderers

As mentioned earlier, videos released after the incident show Quentin being beaten to death by around 20 left-wing activists. The kicks were concentrated on his head. There is no doubt that the intention was to kill him. The investigation has not yet confirmed whether the attack was premeditated or the exact number of assailants.

However, the public prosecutor took a long time to pursue the killers, and the initial charge was ‘aggravated assault’ even though Quentin was brain-dead.

The investigation is now underway for ‘aggravated fatal blows’, when the Antifas should be prosecuted for ‘murder’. This is the appropriate legal classification. And it would have been applied spontaneously if the pattern of the murder had been more in line with the ideological expectations of the time.

The Far Left Kills as Macron’s Centre Silences Dissent

The centrists’ flagship issue is Internet censorship. The two ways to achieve this are, on the one hand, banning social media for minors, which has already been voted on by the National Assembly. Under the guise of protecting young people from pornography, this is in reality an attempt at censorship aimed in particular at masking the lack of popular support. On the other hand, Macron’s supporters want to lift anonymity on social media.

But when a right-wing man is identified on the street, he ends up dead in Macron’s France.

‘Conservatives will thus no longer have a place in politics’

A final idea has sprouted in the mind of the President of the Republic: ineligibility for people convicted of racism or incitement to hatred. These are two code names for condemning opponents of mass immigration. The idea is therefore to give judges the power to prevent anyone critical of immigration from being elected.

Conservatives will thus no longer have a place in politics. They can no longer be challenged at the ballot box and have begun to be attacked with kicks.

A Social and Political Acceptance of Far-Left Violence

Anti-fascist militias are not only tolerated, in a kind of French romanticism for extreme left-wing violence, but they are also encouraged and promoted.

A consultation of Reddit, X or the French left-wing media clearly shows that Quentin’s massacre is either ignored, which amounts to approving it, or met with a jubilant reaction from the left.

Hundreds of people are sneering, exposing their enjoyment of death and their total lack of empathy.

The radical leftist kills the right-wing man; the moderate leftist is content to applaud.

If a left-wing man had been killed in the depths of Arkansas in the United States, it would have made the front page of every European newspaper. A right-wing man was murdered in Lyon, France, and there is total silence.

The police or ICE are regularly accused of killing, but it is the far left that kills.

Conversely, when a left-wing activist, Clément Meric, attacked a right-wing activist (Esteban Morillo) in Paris in 2013, not only did the media cover the event immediately and for a fortnight, but a minute’s silence was held in the French National Assembly, proof of the political aspect of the event, and Esteban Morillo was sentenced to 11 years in prison.

At the time of writing, five days after the attack, no left-wing activist has been arrested, no police custody has been ordered, and no searches have been carried out.

The difference in treatment between the two deaths is glaringly obvious, and it is heartbreaking when you consider that Quentin’s only crime was to protect right-wing activists. Unlike Clément Meric, he was not a provocative aggressor.

The Left Seeks the End of Conservatives

There are several ways to kill a right-wing man.

The method favoured by the left is to destroy the reputation of conservatives, leading to their dismissal and social death. The tactics are always the same (stealing private conversations, anonymous testimony, hidden cameras, etc).

Antifa activists are more direct: they assassinate directly. But the purpose is the same.

There is also a continuum: when a conservative is called a ‘fascist’, he or she is, in fact, a target, and his or her murder is justified a priori.

Quentin: A French Catholic

Quentin was his own father’s godfather. He sang in his parish choir and studied philosophy while pursuing engineering studies.

A symbol of the anonymous and humble grassroots activist, he carried on his shoulders the burden of rebuilding a state that was bankrupt on every level. He received Extreme Unction on his hospital bed.

Let’s hope his death marks a turning point in society’s tolerance of far-left violence—and that Quentin is the last to fall…though a grim political reality suggests he may tragically be the first.
